By submitting this lap to Qualy Time Attack, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I confirm that the lap time and video I am submitting are my own and were driven by me.

I confirm that this lap was completed in full compliance with the rules, procedures, and conduct standards of the event organizer for the event attended, including all passing procedures, flag rules, and point-by requirements.

I confirm that I followed all applicable Qualy rules, including the QTA Ruleset, Schedule & Points, and Code of Fair Competition.

I acknowledge that Qualy Time Attack is an asynchronous, results-based competition and not an on-track contest, and that this lap was not set through aggressive, coercive, or unsafe behavior.

I confirm that I did not pressure, signal, or otherwise attempt to influence other drivers for competitive advantage, that I complied with all point-by, flag, and other rule requirements of the event organizer, and that traffic was treated as a normal and unavoidable part of on-track driving.

I confirm that the submitted video has not been edited, manipulated, or altered in any way that misrepresents the lap, the conditions, or my conduct on track.

I understand that all lap submissions are subject to review and verification, and that Qualy may reject or disqualify this lap if it is found to violate event organizer rules, Qualy rules, or standards of fair competition, regardless of lap time.

I understand that violations related to this submission may result in laps not being verified, loss of points, account sanctions, or permanent bans from the platform, as determined by Qualy.
