Qualy Time Attack -- Cup Entry Disclaimer

By registering for and participating in any competition set up on our platform, including but not limited to our cups, special events, and our annual championship, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the General Disclaimer, the Ruleset, the Schedule & Points, the Code of Fair Competition, and all other applicable Qualy policies and documents.

I understand that Qualy Time Attack is an asynchronous, results-based competition and is not an on-track contest. I acknowledge that Qualy does not alter or replace the rules, procedures, or conduct standards of any event organizer.

I agree that throughout the duration of this cup, I will strictly follow the rules, safety requirements, and conduct standards of the organizing body for any event I attend, including all passing procedures and point-by requirements.

I acknowledge that traffic is a normal and unavoidable part of on-track driving, and I agree that I will not pressure, signal, or otherwise attempt to influence other drivers for competitive advantage.

I agree to compete fairly and in good faith, and I will not engage in any dishonest or unsportsmanlike conduct, including behavior intended to coerce, manipulate, or interfere with other drivers.

I understand that failure to comply with and any violations to Qualy rules, event organizer rules, or standards of fair competition may result in lap disqualification, loss of points, removal from the cup, account sanctions, or other disciplinary action as determined by Qualy.

By entering this cup, I affirm my intent to prioritize safety, integrity, and respectful conduct throughout my participation.
